Digestive Problems

Digestive Problems

I have CLL and am having problems finding food to eat that doesn't leave me bloated and miserable! I don't eat supper after 6PM and try to eat light but have had to cut out potatoes, rice, pasta, most meats. I get tired of having cereal or applesauce and yogurt though. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I went through a similar phase after my stem cell transplant. I found that lentils worked for me. I found an organic mix of lentils, millet, and split peas that was pretty good. I also ate a lot of lentil soup. I hope you find something that works for you.

I've switched to zoodles made from zucchini. It's a great way to still have "pasta".
