Since taking 400mg daily of venetaclax I have been suffering sever itching all over my body, several small sores on my scalp, my fingernails don't seem to be growing and my cuticles are sore to the touch. and my eyes run constantly. For the first 4 weeks on VenetoClax I had no symptoms whatsoever, so I am curious as to if these side effects are common to VenetoClax or not. Keep safe everyone.
As I have said in previous posts, I have always been relatively fit and my blood pressure was always in the 120/80 range until I started dealing with CLL symptoms. Recently my blood pressure has been running really low (109/66, 103/69, 110/69, 96/79, 108/66). I feel really crappy and have had episodes of vomiting, headaches, light headedness, and fatigue. I also have the 'so tired I can't think' feeling alot. Does anyone else have similar issues?

Do you use things spiritual in dealing with your cancer?
If so what do you use? Prayer? Meditation? Certain books? Church, synagogue or mosque? Music? Poetry? I ask because I'm always looking for useful spiritual tools. Personally I use 12 step material and the book A Course In Miracles along with prayer. And there are certain organizations that I've found useful, that send out free booklets and magazines. But I'm always looking for useful things to add to my repertoire.
I've been on Calquence now for 3 years (twice a day, everyday). I have notice when I brush my hair and wash my hair there will be handfuls coming out. When I wash my hair, I have to clean the drain 4 to 5 times to let the water drain. When I brush my hair, hair just falls all over my clothes and I get handfuls out of the brush. Is anyone else having this problem taking Calquence ?
Thanks,

I have CLL diagnosed 2019, I was in watch and wait intil 2020 when my blood work numbers increased and my DR put me on Calquence. It has been very affective in my treatment as all my numbers from my bloodwork are in a normal range. However for the last several months I have experienced dizziness and feeling off balance constantly. It has become almost debilitating. Could the Calquence be doing this?
I just finished up my first set of 6 months. (It actually took 9 months due to Covid and hospitalization) What happens next? I had a PET SCAN and was told that the chemo is helping, but I still have nodes in a few of the places that I had in the beginning. If chemo is helping then why did the doctors stop the Chemo? I don’t understand.
I have cll, I know that I’ll live with it for the rest of my life, but if something is helping why stop it?
