Leukemia And Blood Clots
My husband has tcell lgl leukemia.. He is on Trexall 1 time a week. Las Sunday we were in the ER and found out he had dvt and pe. On Friday he had emergency removal of the dvt in his leg jhe will now be on blood thinners for the rest of his life.. My question is, is this a normal side effect and should I expect him to continue to get these. Im scared that in the near future I will have to say goodbye and I'm not ready to loose him. He is my life
Hi Diane! My name is Joyce. The key really is to remain positive and stay in faith. You are right. We all have an expiration date whether we are sick are not. I was diagnosed with Myelofibrosis 13: years ago. I have learned to live with the good and the bad. We have to learn to take one day at a time. So good to see your positive post. Thank you! Take care and be safe! π·ππ½
My heart goes out to you. I have CLL and I'm not familiar with your husbands condition. I will pray for you both to have peace.
Make a list of your questions and take them with you when you see his Dr. They can put many of your fears to rest. Do not let this illness take your happiness away! Enjoy the good days and get through the not so good days. I worry about losing my husband too and he's perfectly healthy but I guess that's something we all face at some point in our lives. Bless you
Please tell my what that is :) I never heard of that. I have leg weakness on the right side and arm weakness as well. First oncologist was hoping it had to do with my cml and that gleevec would help with it but it didnβt. And 100 percent always stay positive no matter what. β€οΈβ€οΈππΌπͺπ»
