It is an oral chemo that I take. It has taken my white count from 88,000
down to normal range. I have been on it for almost 2
Years.

My oncologist has not told me anything about it. An advertisment on tv says it is not chemo.

I've been on Imbruvica 6 years and I'm doing great. I don't think it kills the cancer cells but it sure knocks them out. My doctor at Sloan Kettering has a few trial studies where patients can go off their Imbruvica. I wasn't ready to do that. One pill a day is a small price to pay for feeling good. This year might be different as the medication might get to be expensive. Right now I still qualify for a minimum payment.

No, its a kinase inhibitor. 1 pill daily. Hope that answers your question.
