Hello JoAnn, I have AML too. I don't particularly know the answer to this question but all my blood levels were low with treatments especially the chemotherapy.
I think this are side effects of some of the treatment medications. That's why there is a resisting period of 4 weeks between treatments before proceeding to let levels go back to normal. I don't think there is a booster for WBC but they just go back to normal on their own.

I know that it is very hard looking at all the labs, and wondering what they all mean. I also have AML 5/20 stem cell transplant 9/20 from my sister.
I did receive some shots to help raise the counts on the WBC’ s and blood infusions. The only issue with getting more blood products is you may get an overload of iron in your system and then they have to watch your liver and kidneys.
Everything is going good now with all the treatments and just giving everything to God and trust the process. My prayers are with you.

Get your good fat n protein, start using coconut milk and water.

Your vitamins and minerals

I go to sprouts and get my herbals to do tea. I’m not a big coffee eater but I do mushroom coffee no shiitake but Laird is a great brand.

Get you a good reasonable juicer Do beet, carrot and apples to make a good juice. Skip But look up foods with Lectins; like legumes, tomatoes unless skinless & seedless, string beans and look up foods with Butylene ( act as good flora, and will keep your intestines clean and healthy) in it to heal your gut . I have CLL and my WTC were over 400,000 and now at 13.24 within a year but balance is the key.

I was diagnosed with AML January of 2020. My white cells were low also. I did numerous rounds of chemo and then did the intensive chemo to get me ready for a stem cell transplant in November of 2020. My white cells went to zero while I was in the hospital for the transplant and stayed there for 18 days while I waited for the transplant to take hold.
They started giving me two shots a day in my stomach called Granix that caused me to start making white cells again. I hear it is like a generic Neulasta. Plus I got transfusions almost daily for six weeks while I was in the hospital. This is a complicated disease and every case is different. I am proud to announce that I am right at two years out of transplant and doing much better. I will say that this has been a long, slow journey that is still ongoing. I wish you all the best!
