I read about you changing your smoking habit? I think you are doing good since you have decreased your smoking. My wife quit 15 years ago by decreasing her habit like you have done. Any tobacco product is bad for a person's health.Over time you will accomplish your goal of not smoking. When my wife finally stopped smoking she knew who smoked because she told me those people smelled like an ash tray? I hope you reach your goal of not smoking which will make your life better and prevent possible bad health affects.

I smoked when younger and have been stoped 20 years. PET scans shown I have emphysema. I was diagnosed with CLL in Dec 2022. I doubt smoking caused that diagnosis but I tend to think it would not be helpful especially since I’m told scan showed emphysema.
