I had been healthy all my life. I also visited the gym 3 times a week. Last summer I split oak and had 1 1/2 cords of wood. This year I managed to do the same but my wife was keeping to an hour to 90 minutes per day. Even though I quit before 9 AM I was very sweaty which I was not sweaty last year. I am not tired as expected but maybe my past exercising may have effected my current health. I think if I had not focused on my health in the past it would have had affected my health issues? I hope you can turn around your life by pacing yourself. In the past I jogged. Now I walk 3 mph on the tread mill. Try walking a distant and enjoy yourself. Slowly increase your time and distance. I surprised myself by walking 5 or 6 miles per day on a cruise with my wife. I think we all can do what we want to improve our life. I hope your is healthier and happier.
