I had what looked like skin rash but it was" petechiae," which is exploding capillaries. I was over exerting and this was causing my skin problem. The problem would go away after a few days. I would over work and cause high damage and my skin damage would last for weeks. I had no help with my doctors but I did read about this problem here which helped me solve my health problem.
