Has anyone here also had the critically low IgG, IgA, and IgM levels, requiring IVIG? Has anyone heard of losing teeth as a result? 🥺

Have CLL that is actively symptomatic now after 12 years. Just started Calquence. Having IVIG antibody infusions every 6 weeks or so. Chronic respiratory bronchiectasis, severe fatigue, drenching night sweats, and loss of 65 lbs over 6 months, unintentionally. No symptoms of gum disease, but noticed 2 loose teeth. Within 2 months, lost first tooth; the other is probably going to go soon. I read there can be a direct causal effect. Has anyone else experienced this?

I think those chemo treatments can be hard on a person's body with strange ill affects? I requested medication to avoid strange ill affects from chemo treatments.

Oral symptoms that can occur with CLL include:
* Gingivitis (gum inflammation)
* Oral wounds or lesions
* Loosened teeth
* Bleeding gums

These issues can develop even without obvious gum disease symptoms because CLL affects your body's ability to fight off bacteria and maintain healthy tissues.

Your symptoms of severe fatigue, drenching night sweats, and significant unintentional weight loss are B symptoms that indicate active CLL. The combination of your weakened immune system from low immunoglobulin levels and active disease could be contributing to your dental issues.
