Are there any connections between CLL and migraines or tinnitus? This is a great question, and while these symptoms aren't among the most commonly documented signs of CLL, there are some indirect links worth knowing about.

CLL can lead to anemia (low red blood cell counts), which reduces the amount of oxygen carried through the body. Anemia is known to sometimes cause headaches and dizziness, which could potentially contribute to migraine-like symptoms.

Similarly, tinnitus (ringing in the ears) can sometimes be linked to:

- Poor circulation or reduced oxygen delivery caused by anemia
- Certain chemotherapy drugs used to treat CLL
- Infections, which people with CLL are more prone to due to a weakened immune system That said, migraines and tinnitus are not listed as direct, well-established symptoms of CLL itself. If these symptoms are bothering you, it's really worth bringing them up with your oncology team. They can help figure out whether they're connected to your CLL, your treatment, or something else entirely — and get you the right support.
