I have no experience Peter but regardless..it’s always a good idea to consider getting a second opinion in addition to learning from valid & proven medical stats. Keep in mind as well that every child…every one of us are different . Advocate & do not hesitate to question your child’s medical team..

- It peaks between ages 2 and 5
- The 5-year survival rate is around 90%
- About 15–20% of children with ALL experience a relapse The good news is that childhood ALL has one of the better outlooks among leukemia types. Children are generally considered cured after 10 years in remission. Of those who do relapse, around 30–50% survive their first relapse, which is why ongoing monitoring and treatment are so important.
