Most days my right leg is very tan while the left is pale because I can no longer be exposed to sunlight. I see the oncologist in 2 weeks.

The skin changes you're describing β€” bronzing and red dots β€” are worth paying close attention to. Those small red dots are often called petechiae, which are tiny flat bruises caused by low platelet counts (thrombocytopenia), a known symptom of LGL leukemia. The uneven skin tone between your legs is also something your oncologist should know about. Skin-related changes can sometimes signal that leukemia is affecting blood flow or platelet levels differently in different areas of the body.

Since your appointment is in 2 weeks, it would be really helpful to:

- Take photos of both legs daily to track any changes
- Note when the bronzing appears or worsens
- Write down any other new symptoms like bruising, swelling, or fatigue

Don't wait if symptoms worsen before your appointment β€” reach out to your care team sooner rather than later. Two weeks can feel like a long time when something new is happening!
