I am in my 12th and final month of maintenance chemotherapy following a stem cell transplant in February 2019. I have not suffered any graft-host disease symptoms, and bone marrow biopsies indicate no recurrence of AML. However, for the last two months in a row, my blood type has reverted back to my original blood type (A+) as opposed to matching that of my donor (O+). Is this anything I need to be concerned about??
