I did have that issue and I was also taking Oneureg. I didn't think it could be the medicine.

I can even go as far as to tell you that I experience the tinnitus only when I am on my 14 days of taking Oneureg and that on my 14 days off each cycle, it goes away. We have monitored BP to ensure that wasn’t the cause. My oncologist and my PCP found no other reason other than the drug and said they had no cause for concern. I had a spinal tap and they know that the AML hasn’t crossed the blood brain barrier as the tap was done after I was in remission. I hope that eases your mind a little.

I have been having the same issue and I am on Oneureg 300mg 14 days on and 14 days off and it seems way more prevalent during my 14 days on. My oncologist didn’t seemed concerned when I told her about it. I am on this med pending stem cell. Hope it makes you a little more comfortable knowing I am having the same side effect.
