Good that you are on Wait and Watch. How long have you had CLL? Other than the fatigue, do you have any other symptoms (enlarged lymph nodes, etc). Has your regular doctor checked your Vit D and your Vit B12 levels recently? Any other medical conditions beside the CLL?
Watch and wait is good and definitely the time to get yourself in the healthiest status possible That can be applied to your fitness as well as your diet, detox, supplementation and positive attitude How does that work with your fatigue? Let me tell you
It has lots to do with it I had CLL several years before my my actual diagnosis (2010) When I got the dx I went to work on myself and within 3 or so months

There are a lot of knowledgeable people on this site who can guide and make suggestions plus check out resources I am proud I was able to tackle the fatigue in watch and wait plus get through a year of chemo on my first treatment and the 2 year trial I completed a year and a half ago
There are times you can kick it’s butt and of course there are times you just rest Finding that is real important
