Please help me with info about a Monoclonal B-Cell Lymphocyte diagnosis. I am having a hard time understanding. Thank you so much!

I also have hypothyroidism and MDS and am currently loosing weight. When 1 st diagnosed I didn’t get hungry but my hunger has come back

Does anyone out there have problems with weight gain? I have problems with thyroid along with leukemia. The meds seems to mess with each other. I don't gain much weight but more than I want, cause I"m already heavy but nothing seems to help.
