Looks like our appeal worked. Got a letter today indicating Medicare would cover Calquence.

Medicare covers Calquence for me 100%.

I have been on Calquence for a little over one year. I, also, am on Medicare with an Advantage Plan. I have been very fortunate to receive a grant from Astro Zenaca who provides the drug at no cost to me. This grant has been extended for another year. I recently received a grant for the following year from the PAN Foundation that will cover my out-of-pocket costs which will drop to $2000 in 2025. The oncology clinic I go to provides me with a "nurse navigator" who has been wonderful doing all of the legwork to secure these grants.

Yes, calquence is doing great for me. I was even able to reduce to 100mg per day a day still my RBC stayed normal.

None. Its price is comparable to Imbruvica and performance superior.
