Hello, my husband is not on medication, it is a wait and see situation. But, he has been dealing with intense itching. Now his legs feel like they are on fire. Nothing OTC helps. Has anyone been through this?
We are seeing another dermtologist in November at Mayo. Hopefully she will let us know what the heck is happening. And I agree, the blistering is so odd, but heard itching skin is a thing, although not too common. Thank you for your input. I definitely need guidence.
You are welcome and let us know what the dermatologist says when you go in November:) Have a super duper rest of your day:)
Hi Linda and France. Doesn't make any sense that there are blisters and itching, etc and no medication is being taken. What did the dermatologist say it was from? To me..there should be a valid diagnosis before prescribing anything regardless of whether or not is OTC or prescribed. I've been on watch and wait for 7 plus years...no medicine/drugs at all and the only thing that I've ever had was the petachaie which comes and goes and never itches nor blisters. Just a thought...maybe get a second opinion Linda and France maybe have him see a dermatologist..
Thank you for taking the time to respond. I am afraid he is going to have the same as your husband. Blisters seem to pop up too. It is so strange. Good luck with your husband, it is hard seeing them like this.....
My husband is in Watch and wait of CLL and has terrible itching mainly on his arms and hands. He's seen a dermatologist and just gets a topical midrange steroid cream that doesn't help. Cerave anti itch lotion or cream has helped the most but still an issue.
