Mine hover around 40 all the time, my oncologist says as long as they stay stable they don’t worry.

My white count was 86,000 back in forth for a while and I just had my blood work done and now it is 43.1 so it came down but my platelets came down from 125 to 101 ...so it's a rollercoaster ride ...

Thanks Betty. Since then, I've had 2 appointments with an oncologist. His first piece of advice was to get current on all my vaccinations, pneumonia, shingles and flu. His thoughts are that as long as my white cell count doesn't rise and my red cells are healthy, it's watch and wait. Another follow up in 3 weeks☺️

When they first discovered my CML my WBC count was about 35 thousand. As of last blood test it was over 80 thousand. I've just started treatment and will have my next blood draw this Friday to see how it's working.
