Low red blood count. Transfusions weekly. From PRCA. The fatigue is from 5% leukemia cells. Three days a week the fatigue is harder to deal with. Three day I feel ok. Can't do any thing physical or lifting anything over five pound or I get joint pain.

Sounds like you are dealing with anemia, I'm sorry. I"m neutropenic but no treatment yet, however I'm petrified of getting any bacterial infections as that is really bad with our LGL. I got my diagnosis at age 59 and Dr. Loughran, the specialist thought it was very strange that my father had CLL and my daughter at age 4 had ALL yet they're all three pretty different. I will keep you in my prayers.

Hi Jim thanks for reaching out. I'm also at the 3 year mark. This form is so rare it's hard to find out much about it. I was able to go see Dr. Thomas Loughran at the University of Virginia who actually discovered this type and got good information, made me feel a little bit better. My biggest problem is fatigue and neutropenia. How are you? Do you have any problems associated with this illness?
