If your gut is telling you to get a 2nd opinion, do it. The very first visit my oncologist offered 2nd opinion doctors in San Diego and Chicago where our sons live and in Charlotte NC 2 hours from us. My WBCis 181,000 but really have no major symptoms .some enlarged nodes but they then go down … no pain .
Not sure if I should start treatment or continue wait and watch as I am able to maintain with a slower pace . Any thoughts …,

I would get a second opinion before agreeing to treatment. You can get a free one from the CLL Society telemedicine. If you aren’t experiencing symptoms WBC is the least of your worries.

My white count is usley anywhere from 42, up to 80, kinda like a roller coaster up down all the time right now not sure
