I do not go in big crowds especially since Covid and the RSV and another virus is floating around.. winter spring and fall I watch .. summer is my Free time but I am still careful of my surroundings..I wear a mask all year round just to be safe I do not wear outdoors only when I go to store..I do not go anywhere else sad to say I feel it is the right thing for me to protect myself...I am at peace....with wearing a mask ...used to be sick all the time before i started wearing my mask now not sick
Yes it's not so bad once you accept that you can't be around people who are sick wearing a mask is wise cause we do not know who's sick and who's not...
Thanks for sharing that Deb. I still haven't decided what's the best for me. I never had Covid, and pretty much up to date on those shots, but still waiting until next week for the flu and pneumonia vaccines, Big get together this weekend...should I go or stay home? I guess I have to determine what's important and what the odds are.
I have added vitamins and supplements which has prevented any illness in the past few years. Normally I would have the flu or cold once a year but I noticed this does not occur since I began taking vitamins and supplements.
I am.. I attend outdoor or open air type of activities but I wear a mask. People just don’t think about others with health issues. I have worked too hard to stay healthy to let someone with a cold ect make my life more difficult. Those closest to you will understand. You will be surprised how creative you can become when you put some thought in to it.
