I just rec'd my first bottle of Calquence. I am on Medicare. You have to have Part D (drug coverage). They paid for most of the drug, but left me with a substantial co-pay. My doctor's office applied for a grant to cover the co-pay. Good luck!

I believe that you must have Medicare Part D, which is the RX part and requires a supplement. My Calquence is provided by the Clinical Test I’m enrolled in and I’m not privy to what they will pay and co-pays, etc. It may likely vary depending on what supplement you have? Good luck!

My Medicare copay for a tier 5 drug is 33% if that helps Mark. Thank goodness this year there is a max out of pocket of $3300 I believe. Next year for seniors it will be $2,000. A huge improvement!
