I watch my Allergie foods which is Dairy wheat and gluten..I had a stuffed up nose last night must have been the baked chicken I had which was gluten free..but i have Allergies to yeast so I will not be having that again...I just listen to my body when it talks tp me ....then i take action... Yes it is very hard . But we can do this together and the trick is Don't give up trying ....we are winners....

My sinuses have lots of fun. The coughing because of drainage is better, my voice has been hoarse because of all the coughing since I had the flu at Christmas time. That seems to all of a sudden started getting better. I have no solutions for the sinus infection issues. I have always had sinus issues.

I’ve had back to back severe sinus infections for months. My doctor prescribed Levofloxacin and I’m doing so much better. Good luck and God bless!💕

Deb9 you said it!! That's what I am doing leaning if I do Mediterranean diet!!! I don't get sick to my stomach? But still hard to be on a good about diet!!!
