I walk everyday....

I agree with you Don. I feel horribly lazy. And when I do have a good day I try to shove everything into that one day. I pay the price the next day. But I had to reconfigure my thoughts about myself being lazy into the reality of it. We have cancer. We weren’t like this before. I hope your fatigue gets better. I keep searching for an answer or solution to it. If I do I will share it with you.

I think the excess white blood cells crowd out the red blood cells. The red blood cells bring oxygen to the body to energize the body. We are like joggers who are running and trying to get oxygen to our cells to entergize us. We may be able to do 25% to 50% normal activities but we have to pace ourselves. Our doing a task takeslonger but we get the same satifaction when we complete our task. I think as time progresses the amount of energy we have decreases and we have to plan what we can accomplish and take the correct steps not to over stress ourselves. In the past I gged and the bruises I saw on my legs was scary so I have switched to walking on a tread mill. Last month the wife and I took a crusie and every other day I would walk 5 to 7 miles and climb 20 flights of stairs. The stairs made me breath harder after 4 floors but I would walk then climb more stairs. We do what we what to do at our pace because we want to be healthy and happy.
