I was taking Biotin for my nail problems but when I had blood work done my thyroid levels were high. So my Dr. told me to stop taking it & don’t take any other supplements. Thyroid levels went back to normal. I’m hoping when I eventually get off chemo my nails will go back to normal.

I do not have a problem with my nails? My wife's nails do grow slowly so I think this is a woman concern? All my life I have had good growth and strong nails. In the past six months I noticed a few of my nails have cracked when I am doing hard labor? I would say twice a month I trim my nails. I do take many vitamins and supplement so this may contribute to good growth?

This happens with Bendemustine and Imbruvica. Both chemos will do this. When you go to your next chemo your nails will get a lot better. Ventaclax, Zanubrutinib, calabrutinib are all fine.
