If your donors match was good you will be fine. At first you will feel a little weak but gradually your counts will be going back up. You will noticeably grow more hair since off of Chemo.
Do these 3 things and you be fine:

Eat your 3 meals at home
Sleep at least 7-8 hours
Keep moving around and be active.

BMT patients, take it 1 day at a time and even if you feel better don’t do anything stupid before 12 months post BMT.
Remember your immune system is that of a baby. It’s like being born again.
