Hi Rich and Rebecca. Have you spoken to your primary care doctor about the pain? Could be nerve blockage of some sort, etc etc. Maybe reach out and get an appointment? They will start with x-rays, CT scan possibly and then you will know if something is wrong. I have stenosis in my neck and other issues that stemmed from 2 bad accidents years ago. Depending on what I do or sometimes not do..the nerves cause pain down my shoulder and into my fingers. Physical therapy helped a great deal so as long as I do my daily stretches that were given to me by the physical therapy I have no pain.

I have CLL for 1.5 years. , no treatment so far. Recently started having pain in my forearm. I feel like it is not related.to my shoulder which can be painful if I'm careless and lift too high. The forearm pain can be very intense, and I feel almost panic. It started again last eve and kept me awake overnight. I had taken Celebrex which helps the shoulder pain but not this. Took a second dose in the evening and no help from it. Got up this morning and pain was gone??? Is this typical??
