I was diagnosed with CLL/SLL in 2018 and lost 40 pounds unintentionally during that time. I am on Imbruvica since early 2019 and have been in remission for a while. Last year I started to unintentionally lose weight again. I have lost over 30 pounds and still losing. I take Brukinsa and I have not had any problem with my weight. In fact during the past 6 months I had gained 10 pounds? I am active and I eat more than I did ten years ago. In the past I had two meals a day and now it is three meals per day.

No matter what I eat, I still seem to lose weight. I think it is the Imbruvica, but it has been keeping my blood level normal.

I have taken Brukinsa since 2/24. But I do have type 2 diabetes so I eat low carbohydrate and no sugar. I do tasks which provides exercise and walk miles per day. This summer in three month I split 1 1/2 cords of oak and cut down 3 dead oaks. I have found that I have gained 10 pounds in the past year. Two years ago I was 193 then dropped down to 173. Today I am 183. I think eating healthy is an important choice which can effect our health. I also pace myself by being active to provide enough exercise with tasks to maintain my health. In the past I jogged and today I walk 3 MPH on the tread mill or walk around my property. I hope you can manage your meals to get the nutrition you require to improve your health.
