I am type 2 dibetic and there are foods which have nutrition and no sugar. I do use sugar free creamer in my coffee which is sweet but zero sugar. I also fill up on healthy food and liquids to turn off that feeding signal. Maybe if you focus on turning off the signal you can escape the endless need for sweet foods? There are ice creams and candies by REBEL and NICKS which can provide your sweet tooth with satisfaction and not affect your blood sugar. I hope you find your solution? I have found my solution and my blood sugar is normal and my sweet tooth is happy.
