It almost looks like cellulitis

In my opinion, it's difficult to determine the cause of the skin abnormality. Dermatology is a complex field, and there may be skin lesions that look similar but have different causes or origins. Antibiotics could be an effective treatment, but are they the right ones? Or could there also be viral lesions? A microbiological examination might be helpful.

Was there an injury?

Could an autoimmune reaction be involved?

Is the C-reactive protein (CRP) elevated?

It may be best to consult a dermatologist.

I have had this a few times. I was told it's from the leukemia. I still get spots that just appear for no apparent reason.
