I would think that less exercising and just sitting around because of loss of energy could lead to a painful situation? I noticed that after an injury to my foot and sitting around for 3 weeks I am stiff? Next month I plan to visit the gym more often to do some easy weigh training to get back to my old self? I hope you can take something to reduce your pain. If your body is in pain it does not relax and could cause other issues? Take care and I hope you can solve your concern?

Yes, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) can cause muscle and bone pain. According to my knowledge base:

Maybe A Medication, That You Were Taking, Caused A Little Bit Of It??

myLeukemiaTeam - thank you for the honesty. I recently almost switched oncologists to Fred Hutchinson, a renowned cancer research center in Seattle in order to get a certain medication. However, I was patently told that FH does NOT believe that cancer causes pain and therefore will not prescribe anything for pain. I was gobsmacked and told them that I'm on 2 leukemia sites and pain was usually the first symptom patients reported. I know our wealthcare system is broken, but the fact that each doctor, practice, etc. can put out their own "theory" in order to skirt difficult topics is NOT consistent patient care. This splintering and siloing of America's for-profit medical care in this country is making patients suffer and sometimes killing them. It must be fixed!
