For a CMML Diagnosis there are certain criteria - part of which is that Monos are elevated for a long period of time.. a biopsy of BM is required to verify the genetic mutations...BUT pretty sure that any Chronic Lukemia can advance to an AML or acute stage that is generally determined by the amount of blasts in your blood

Thanks, Rich! Now that they are elevated I think they will monitor and if they remain elevated do a BM. Such fun we have with our diagnoses!
