Hi Deb, your information is very much appreciated. As for me I did not find out until last week that I have type B CLL. All the doctor keeps saying about my CLL is "keep doing what you have been doing, you are still at stage 0." Of course this classification is based on my WBC, which is low. Which is good... but now I have a new classification of stage IV because of my enlarged spleen and lymph nodes. So at this point Im not sure where I am with my CLL. All I know is God is in charge and I will accept whatever He has for me in the future. πŸ™πŸ‘

I had read that metformin has many ill affects? Medications with ill affects is a good clue a person's body is having a hard time with the drug? I take a medication with had some bad ill affects but I had no ill affects taking the drug? I now know the medication may become ineffective if the WBC mutate to become immune to the medication? We have a choice and we learn as time progresses.

Interesting info everyone. My Dr is not the best at telling you things to understand. Thanks. I just read that metformin can cause CLL. Don't know how accurate the info is but I'm not taking it anymore wondering if that's why I got it. Anyone else heard this? Hugs to everyone
