I dread the day I have to get a new phone. It took me half a year to figure this one out. I just, or still am in the process of switching from Medicaid to Medicare. Its just mindboggling.

During the past year I had noticed that a few times I logged in and I was assigned a new account. Each time my account indicated a new number of team members on my account. I even notice one time I had 1 member after years of be active with this my leukemia team. I still do not know why it happens but my goal is to learn and assist other who want to learn.

To keep your MyLeukemiaTeam account on your new phone, simply download the app again from your phone's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Then log in using the same email address and password you used before. All of your connections, posts, and account information will still be there since it's saved to your Show Full Answer
