Eating healthy and exercise is a benefit that will help a person fight their illness. Bad food will make your healh worst never better. A person should not wait & see becuase this means giving up and a person's health can become worst. I think those who were the fighters are the ones who should be providing advice so others can make the right choice for a better life.

Are there any considerations re diet and/or vitamin supplements? I’ve read that one should ‘do nothing’ during the ‘wait and see’ period of Stage 4. At the same time I’ve read that one should stay away from sugary drinks, processed foods. What are the current facts?

How can you slow the progression of CLL from stage 0 to stage 1?

Working closely with your healthcare team is essential. Some key strategies include:

- Carefully monitoring your condition through regular checkups and blood tests
- Discussing the timing of treatment with your doctor, as delaying treatment until necessary may help avoid side effects
- Making treatment decisions based on your specific cancer cell genetics and mutations Treatment options that may help manage progression include:

- Traditional chemotherapy
- Immunotherapy
- Targeted therapy
- CAR T-cell therapy

The choice and timing of treatment should be a shared decision between you and your healthcare provider based on your individual case and symptoms.
