A person should avoid habits which injure a person's body. Sugar, alcohol, and other items can harm a person's body which will cause a cancer to thrive in an unhealthy body. Eaating healthy and exerciing can help strengthen a person's body to fight cancer. Exercising does strengthen a person's body so this should be managed at a rate a person can do. Pacing yourself so you do not stress or stain is important. I visit the gym 3 times a week to get my 150 minutes of exercise and do tasks at my property to supplement my exercise plan. I am also type 2 diabetic so I have to eat healthy.
