Brigitte have not stopped taking chemo pills except for about 6 weeks due to pains they were causing. Stopped by doctor to figure out all the tests. Stage 4 since October 2024 and yes it is draining on the body both physical and mental sometimes. But I carry as best with no complaints. Sometimes manage activities over 4 hours and do feel it. To my understanding everyone has and goes through different symptoms like everyone's body is different. Just enjoy each day.

Thanks for the hug. Sweet of you to do that.
My iron has dropped to 3 and my hemoglobin is sitting at 8. The doctor
applied for a blood transfusion and it was denied. My blood needs to be at
3 for a transfusion. My blood pressure is out of control. Sitting at 200
and then dropping to 110. I live in Alberta, the richest province in
Canada.
Our health care system has become out of control and affecting all areas of
health care. Things here have become very bad and people are suffering
every where.
If l may ask, where do you live. How is your health doing. Are you OK?
I would like to here from you again. Until then have a wonderful Christmas

Hi Brigitte, I hope they get you back to feeling the best you possibly can! The Healthcare system can be incredibly frustrating. As for the pills, they sure do hit hard sometimes! I have been on them a little over a year and never missed a dose until last week. I refused to take it just to prove a point to my oncologist, long story, I'm not feeling heard. I have many more good days than bad now, but it still is not where I'd like to eventually be. I'm told by some others it's an adaption that can take a few years.....I lack patience, so this is quite difficult. Just try to stay positive, keep pushing forward and know we're in a good place and time to fight this. All the best to you!

I hope you get the care required to bring you back to normal? I am glad my health is normal and I do not require any special care? Today I did visit the gym but my wife was at her physical activity her doctor prescribed for her. She is a great grand mother who is in very good health except she is falling apart since she had her 65th birthday last year. Take care and watch your health. I hope your holidays are happy and much healthier.

Did you doctor prescribe pills for nausea? They should help if you’re having that issue. 😊
