All those vitamins are good. This year vitamin A & D have been discovered to be very beneficial. For energy "B" and B complex, plus coffee is a big help with caffeine and other minerals. Eating healthy and exercising are both beneficial to keeping the body healthy. I have not been ill for several years because of my healthy habits.
