Dud you see your oncologist or regular doctor? Sometimes they can help you. Do try to stay active if that is possible, but don't push too much.
Eat healthy! And hope for the best. Sorry to hear you have low energy ill
I exercise, cardio on the elliptical to help battle fatigue every other day.Start slow, set a goal and stay with it. Your body will let you know when its time to stop. Pre work out I add a scoop of beet powder that really opens up the blood flow to the muscles. Of coarse you want to discuss that with your oncologist first. Explanation :Beetroot contains a good amount of iron, which is essential for hemoglobin production. It also has folate, which supports the growth of red blood cells. Folate deficiency is another common cause of anemia. By including beetroot in your meals, you're helping your body on two fronts — with both iron and folate.May 7, 2025
