It depends how your weight was in excess and if your activity is the cause of your loss? If your weigh loss is high from low activity those bad cells are being fed very well. I think some people can become depressed and this will effect the amount of food they eat? I hope you find a solution to your weight loss?
Me also thanks. I have lost almost 3 pounds in a few weeks. Don't know why. Im not a vegetarian.
Just concerning to me. Blood test on January 8th shows things are still in the normal range but some have gone to the tipping point.
