I think any vaccination will reduce the odds of being ill. The shingles vaccine reduces the odds of getting this special type of infection. I realize my immune system is impaired so I do not what to gamble with becoming ill. We get to decide which methods we select to ensure our health. Last year I decided to get as many vaccines as possible which benefited my health. There is too much bad or incorrect information regarding vaccines that may stop people from protecting themselves. Everyone has to decide if they want to protect themselves or gamble with their health.
