My back pain is not from leukemia as I have had back issue since I was 17. I'm 71 now and am in remission 5 years come April of this year. my lower back has stenosis according to the doctors. my reply is the fact you can't your mind off, like me. It causes many sleepless nights. I just try and will myself to say, "just sleep" Most of the time it works.
I noticed this week that I have been tossing and turning in bed at night and if I sleep in one position to long I am sore? I am 74 but have no physical problems though I do have CLL. Normally during the day I am very active and visit the gym 3 times a week. This soreness is new but I am not sore or stiff in the morning if it is really cold or regular weather?
welcome to getting older! Aches and pains seem to go with aging no matter how well ppl. try and stay fit.
