Im looking to connect with cll/sll fighters for fatigue and weight loss excerise routines to do daily or weekly.
Im looking into a mediterranean diet, im walking on my treadmill at home, but I would love to have a partner to go to the gym with one day. I have made a goal to run a marathon, it has sparked a fire in me to do. Thanks for your reply I means alot, so positive and uplifting.
The Go Faster British Racing Green Rollator. Marvellous and I have NO embarrassment using it. It gives me the opportunity to exercise all be it non Marathon distance.
I guess you should exercise within what you are able to do. I now have a mobility problem and have purchased three Rollators. One posh one for the car, one for the house and one for the garden. The posh one is Carbon Fibre the same colour as three of my previous owned MGs. Its about as close as I can get for exercise but I keep my weight down and eat far less than I used to; there is a UK Children's Programme that features: Makka Pakka (night garden). And so, ZakiyyahBeard2 I am no longer Spartacus but Makka Pakka.
My health insurance provides free access to "Silver Sneekers" which provides free access to gyms. The web sight provides exercise videos for basic flexible to more advanced exercises. YouTube also provides exercise videos that have basic balance to more complex flexible exercises. I hope you pace yourself and build up to a more harder level. I hope your meals are healthy and benefit your health. I retired at 60 and I have been visiting the gym for 15 years and I plan to jog again. Last year I was running a mile in 9 1/2 minutes.
