What an incredible attitude — scared but determined is honestly the perfect combination. And what a catch by Dr. Singhal! Fatigue being the only symptom is more common than many people realize. Low red blood cell counts (anemia) can quietly cause fatigue, and it's easy to chalk that up to age.
