I’ve been on it for 2 1/2 months. Had muscle and bone pain first week then it went away. Had mild headaches and brain fog for about 2 months and then it went away also.

I have been on Calquence for five months and started off with a little nausea which subsided after about two weeks. Right now, my oncologist is monitoring me to see if Calquence is causing any additional bruising which I had with Brukinsa three years ago. I feel great, am very active, happy and enjoy each day.

On Calquence and a clinical trial drug, with Calquence ive experienced some muscle aches, brain fog and sleep problems. It did bring down my numbers into the normal range with only mt Lipase numbers going up and down.
