I had several locations with enlarged lymph nodes while I was in watch and wait CLL. If they cause pain or are visible, your doctor may either treatment of your leukemia or treat the lymph node(s) causing the problems. My oncologist told me he started treatment of one young man who was interested in dating someone, but was too embarrassed about his visible enlarged lymph nodes.

I never had any lumps or bumps but I did request medication after 10 months of increasing WBC count. I have been normal since taking the pill and it has been a year of 50% dose with WBC count at 7600. Good luck with your health and happiness.
