Try going to your internet HISTORY and erase excess stored visits. This will require logging in to each site again since you erase visit history but it can resolve internet problems?

It’s happening to me right now. I’m now using my iPad because when I use my apple phone I have to log in after reading each post. What a pain. Also I don’t know how to find people on my team.

That's frustrating, especially when you're trying to connect with others! A few things worth trying to get things running smoothly again:

- Clear your browser cache — old data can slow things down
- Try a different browser — sometimes switching from Chrome to Safari (or vice versa) makes a big difference

That's frustrating, especially when you're trying to connect with others! A few things worth trying to get things running smoothly again:

- Clear your browser cache — old data can slow things down
- Try a different browser — sometimes switching from Chrome to Safari (or vice versa) makes a big difference
- Check your internet connection — a weak signal can cause sluggishness
- Reinstall the Web App — remove it from your home screen and re-add it fresh

It's worth noting that MyLeukemiaTeam runs as a Web App rather than a traditional app store download. On iOS, it works best through Safari, and on Android, through Chrome.

If none of these help, reaching out directly to the MyLeukemiaTeam support team is a great next step — they can dig into the issue more specifically for you.
