first they told me I had CLL. When I went back to doctor and told pointed out the mistake, the doctor said that the nurses that gave me the pamphlet gave me the wrong one, I told him you gave it to me. I have everything, night sweats, nausea, joint pain, sometimes not enable to eat, fatigue all the time, stomachs swells up,. The fatigue is a killer, cause I own a baking business and sometimes I can't bake. I was suffering for 10 yrs before they diagnosed me.

First of all, 10 years is a long time to be suffering without answers — that kind of persistence takes real strength. And running a baking business on top of all this? That's genuinely impressive, even if some days the oven stays cold.

NK-LGL leukemia is indeed very rare, making up a smaller portion of LGL leukemia cases overall. It's understandable that information feels hard to find. You're definitely not alone though — there are other MyLeukemiaTeam members living with LGL leukemia who share their experiences. The symptoms you're describing are very consistent with NK-LGL leukemia. Common ones include:

- Fatigue — often overwhelming and persistent
- Night sweats
- Nausea and difficulty eating
- Joint pain
- Abdominal swelling — often linked to an enlarged spleen, which affects up to 50% of people with LGL leukemia
- Recurrent infections

The spleen connection may explain your stomach swelling, so it's worth specifically discussing that symptom with your doctor if you haven't already. Regarding the misdiagnosis situation — advocating for yourself the way you did was exactly the right move. It's always okay to push back and ask questions when something doesn't feel right.

For managing fatigue with your baking business, some practical strategies others have found helpful include:

- Pacing yourself — scheduling baking during your highest-energy times of day
- Asking for help — whether from staff, family, or friends
- Talking to your doctor about anemia — low red blood cell counts are common with LGL leukemia and can significantly worsen fatigue
- Prioritizing rest without guilt — your body is working hard
