Has anyone else been diagnosed with Philadelphia + Acute B cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma with no circulating disease, only a bone lesion?

Thank you, my husband was diagnosed a little over a year ago. He had a bone lesion only, no circulating disease in his blood, or his bone marrow. He opted not to do a stem cell transplant because his marrow was perfect. We are flying by the seat of our pants, hoping we made the right decision. I would love to know how others have faired. His presentation is extremely rare, but I know there are some. Thanks for your prayers.
